The following case studies demonstrate how UniHouse designs, delivers, and measures structured capacity development systems aligned with national priorities, labour market demand, and results-based development frameworks — generating verifiable and auditable outcomes through sustainable institutional handover. UniHouse designed and delivered a structured leadership and scholarship system for BP’s Rumaila Oil Field — strengthening workforce capability across technical, operational, and executive functions. Over eight years, 500 professionals and 350 scholars achieved verified competency outcomes, embedding a sustainable national leadership pipeline aligned with Iraq’s long-term energy strategy. UniHouse designed, operationalised, and transferred Iraq’s first public-sector Technical and Vocational Training Centre under the Basra Refinery Upgrading Project.
