Overview
UniHouse delivers structured education reform interventions that strengthen the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning systems across K–12, higher education, and technical education environments. Programmes are developed to ensure that learning outcomes are measurable, comparable, and aligned with workforce requirements and national development strategies. UniHouse applies a structured system-based approach to education reform: Analysis of existing education systems, curriculum structures, and assessment frameworks aligned with policy and labour market needs. Development of competency-based curricula and assessment systems aligned with international benchmarks, including IB, GCSE, AP, and City & Guilds Assured standards. Delivery of structured programmes, educator training, and institutional capacity building to ensure system adoption. Application of the Capacity Development Evaluation Framework (CDEF) to measure learning outcomes, institutional performance, and programme effectiveness. Transfer of systems, tools, and knowledge to ensure long-term institutional ownership and continuous improvement.
